Items listed on our site are not stored at a facility. All orders placed via our website are printed on demand. This means that once you pay for and submit your order, it is then produced by our fulfillment company and shipped to the address that you provide. Therefore, please ensure that you select the correct sizing prior to submitting your order. With this disclosure, no refunds will be issued.

Because all items are printed on demand, all purchases are FINAL SALE unless there is a printing error or the item is broken in transit for delivery. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can evaluate your claim for an exchange.
Please DO NOT return your items to the fulfillment company without first contacting us for an evaluation of your claim. Returning an item without contacting us first will result in your claim being denied.
Due to the nature of how our items are produced (see explanation above under “Orders”), we are unable to accept any returns or issue any refunds based on buyer’s remorse.
Damaged items or Printing Errors:
Upon receipt of your order, if you notice any errors in printing or if you receive a damaged item, please advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 weeks of delivery. We will cover cost of shipping for the returned item and reshipment if you choose to reorder. Any claims received after the 4 week period will be deemed null and void.
If your item is returned to the shipping facility for any of the reasons listed below, please note that it will be your responsibility to pay for reshipment.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself if you still opt for delivery.
